- OAuth Tokens: Access and Refresh Tokens; encrypted, never shared, deleted if disconnected

- Active Usage: total time, task/project durations, timestamps

- Websites and Applications: URLs, app names, durations; content not collected
- Screenshots: only if enabled by organization
- Mouse & Keyboard: frequency and patterns; no keystrokes or sensitive data collected
2.6 Organizational Access
Administrators may view activity data for productivity, compliance, and project management purposes. MyTaskOwl does not share this outside your organization unless required by law.
